Volunteering

Volunteering with Home for All means working together with locals and people from around the world, to support the underserved people and the refugee community with delicious meals cooked with love and served with dignity and respect. Our volunteers drive, clean, serve, organize, and connect with refugees mainly from the Middle East and Africa.

What we need from you, is a high level of commitment and flexibility. We really want you to be a part of HOME during your stay and together we adapt our work to what the people need every day at a time. You need to be able to work independently as well as in a team. We also have a team of volunteers who support us from abroad with different behind-the-scenes tasks.

Contact us if you would like to get involved - we can’t wait to meet you.

Volunteers serve on the Farm and wherever and however requested, but not in the kitchen, which has 2 trained permanent employees (Mohamed and Shahr) not in transportation and not in the oil bottling plant - due to health related regulations.

At the end of the working day - at noon, all employees and volunteers are fed in the farm's kitchen.

Depending on the season, volunteers may be employed:

  • In the Vegetable Garden

  • In collecting herbs on the farm or in the countryside

  • In oil harvesting - tree care, oil extraction.

  • In animal care

  • In maintenance work - development of facilities
